Welcome to the Online Fee Payment Facility of Pratt Memorial School. By using this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Acceptance of Terms
The online fee payment facility is provided for the convenience of parents and guardians. By making a payment through this portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Fee Payment
- School fees are payable in advance on a Yearly, Half-Yearly, or Quarterly basis.
- Quarterly and Half-Yearly fees must be paid on or before the 10th day of the first month of the respective payment period.
- A late fee of ₹100 per month will be charged for payments made after the due date. If quarterly fees remain unpaid, the late fee will be calculated on a cumulative basis.
- Laboratory fees, excluding charges for breakage items, shall be payable as applicable.
- Return and Cancellation policy
- Fees once paid are not refundable under any circumstances.
- Outstanding Fees
- If fees remain unpaid for two consecutive quarters (six months), a Readmission Fee of ₹2,500 will be applicable.
- If the outstanding dues are not cleared by the 10th day of the following consecutive month, the student’s name will be removed from the School Register without further notice, and the student will not be permitted to attend classes.
- Withdrawal from School
In the event of withdrawal during the academic session, the full year’s fees must be paid before the Transfer Certificate is issued.
- Cheque Payments
- Payments made by cheque must be in favour of “PRATT MEMORIAL SCHOOL.”
- A separate cheque must be used for each pay-in slip.
- The reverse side of the cheque should contain the student’s Name, Registration Code Number, Class, Section, and the payment period.
- A charge of ₹650 will be levied for every dishonoured cheque.
- Online Payment
- Online payments are processed securely through the Paytm Payment Gateway.
- The school is not responsible for any delay or interruption caused by internet connectivity, banking networks, or payment gateway service providers.
- Parents are advised to retain the transaction receipt for future reference.
- Payment Confirmation
A payment shall be considered successful only after confirmation is received from the payment gateway and the amount is credited to the school’s account. In case of any unsuccessful transaction where the amount has been debited, the refund, if applicable, shall be governed by the policies of the respective bank or payment gateway.
- Changes to Terms
Pratt Memorial School reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms & Conditions shall become effective immediately upon publication on the school’s website.
