ADMISSION and WITHDRAWAL
Parents / Guardians are asked to fill in the Admission Form with the utmost possible accuracy. A candidate who has attended a recognised School cannot be admitted into this School WITHOUT A TRANSFER CERTIFICATE from the last School attended. Christian pupils must produce a BAPTISM CERTIFICATE. Other pupil are required to produce a Birth Certificate or relevant documents supporting the date and place of birth, which once entered in the School Admission Register cannot be changed.
For withdrawal, one month’s Calendar notice must be given, or a month’s fees paid in lieu thereof with a written application.
No School Leaving Certificate will be issued until all dues to the School have been paid in full. No Boarder child is permitted to be withdrawn from the Boarding in the middle of the academic session.
Any pupil failing two years in succession in the same class, or failing twice in three consecutive years is considered as withdrawn from the school.
